Characteristics 

The VARISAN® FASHION line is designed for women seeking both therapeutic benefits and elegance. These RAL-certified stockings offer maximum therapeutic performance, a soft feel, and a sheer appearance. The line is available in 5 sizes and 2 lengths.

These stockings are made from microfibre yarn and provide enhanced softness and breathability, making them comfortable and easy to wear. The self-supporting flounce features a continuous stripe of tri-component silicone, covering 75% of the area to prevent sliding and ensure better support. The absence of tin in the components improves skin tolerance.

Indications

CLASS I (18 – 21 mmHg)

• Varicose veins
• Varicose veins during and after pregnancy
• Initial-stage oedemas

CLASS II (23 – 32 mmHg)

• Surface vein thrombosis
• Acute deep vein thrombosis
• Lymphoedema
• Prevention of post-thrombotic syndrome

Contraindications

• Acute dermo-hypodermitis
• Skin infections
• Peripheral arterial occlusive disease
• Known contact allergy to elastic supports

Duration of Treatment

VARISAN® medical compression stockings should be worn during the daytime. They should be put on in the morning before getting up and removed in the evening before going to bed. For short afternoon rests, the stockings can remain on. Walking during the day is recommended.
