Nominate Daylong Direct through EPS and your GP can send your compression hosiery prescriptions to us digitally. We then dispense your prescribed garments and deliver them to your chosen address.
How it works
A shorter route from prescription to delivery
EPS removes the need to handle paper prescriptions for eligible NHS items. Once Daylong Direct is nominated, prescriptions can be sent to us securely by your GP practice.

If your practice is EPS ready, ask them to nominate Daylong Direct as your preferred compression hosiery supplier.
Nominate by phone on 0115 932 0144, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Phone lines close between 1:00pm and 2:00pm.

What is EPS?
The Electronic Prescription Service is an NHS service that allows GP practices to send prescriptions digitally to a nominated dispenser, such as Daylong Direct.
How is EPS different from the prescription service?
Instead of collecting or arranging paper prescriptions, your GP practice can transmit recurring compression hosiery prescriptions digitally to your nominated dispenser.
Is my data safe?
We handle patient information carefully and use it to support prescription dispensing and delivery. Confidential information is not shared with unrelated third parties.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. You can stop using Daylong Direct and choose another nominated dispenser at any time.
