How does RE-Mind know when to remind me?
RE-Mind tracks the lifespan of your compression garments based on industry standards. Typically, these garments are guaranteed for either 100 washes, 6 months, or 12 months. We use the date of your last prescription or garment delivery to calculate when you’ll need a replacement. Our system then automatically sends you a reminder email one month before your garment is due for replacement.
Can I change my reminder settings?
Yes, you can customise your reminder settings. After signing up, you’ll have access to a personal dashboard where you can adjust the timing of your reminders. For example, if you prefer to be notified earlier or later than our standard one-month reminder, you can easily change this in your settings.
Is this available for all compression wear?
The RE-Mind service is available for all compression garments prescribed through Daylong Direct. This includes armsleeves, hosiery, and compression wraps. If you have any specific questions about your particular garment, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Is my data safe?
We will keep track of your repeat prescriptions that we have sent you. We never share patient’s confidential information to third parties.
Can I change my mind later?
You are free to stop using us and can choose someone else as your supplier at any time.
