How do I place an order?
To place an order, log in to our online portal with the provided login credentials. You will have access to a list of formulary-restricted products, which you can add to your cart and order for delivery.
How will made-to-measure orders work?
Starting March 2023, made-to-measure (MTM) orders can also be placed through Formeo. You will need to order a base garment along with any desired MTM extras. After your order is placed, a form will be sent to Daylong Direct for MTM measurement requirements.
What are the benefits for prescribing nurses?
There are several benefits for prescribing nurses who use our service. Orders are processed quickly, often sent out the same day. Accuracy is key – our unique search function allows for precise product selection and orders are digitally sent to Daylong Direct, reducing the risk of prescribing errors. Finally, the wide range of products available mean that nurses can get everything they need in one place.
How do I send measurements for MTM orders?
Once the MTM ordering functionality is ready, measurements for MTM orders can be sent via upload function, email, or post. Details on where to send will be provided upon check-out.
Who pays for the service?
ICBs andCCGs will pay for the value of goods and VAT, which is no different than the prescription route. We offer an efficient and economical alternative for medical compression garments.
Who can use this system?
The use of this system is dependent on the discretion of the CCG. At Formeo and Daylong Direct, we are committed to working with you to ensure the system is set up according to your needs.
How does Formeo differ from ONPOS?
Formeo 2.0 has been developed in collaboration with Daylong Direct to make finding and ordering compression garments effortless. Formeo provides a streamlined process, allowing specialist and non-specialist users alike to prescribe without a prescription license.
How will I be trained to use the system?
Training will be provided by Smith and Nephew and the Daylong Direct team for those who plan to use both Formeo and Daylong Direct. For those just using Daylong Direct, training will be delivered from their team.
