We started using the Daylong Direct platform on Formeo in February this year to order compression hosiery and wraps for our patients. Prior to this our compression garments were ordered via the FP10 route, this could take several weeks for the patient to receive their compression which impacted on healing rates and increased the risk of complications such as Cellulitis. Since ordering via Daylong Direct we have received the compression garments within days – the quickest time from ordering to arrival at the patient was 2 days! We now have access to compression garments almost immediately which will improve outcomes for our patients with venous disease. We have had great support from the Daylong team in rolling out training to our community nurses and from Customer Services who are always on hand to provide any advice and support around ordering.

How do I place an order?
How will made-to-measure orders work?
Made-to-measure (MTM) orders can be placed through Formeo. You will need to order a base garment along with any desired MTM extras. After your order is placed, a form will be sent to Daylong Direct for MTM measurement requirements.
What are the benefits for prescribing nurses?

Measurements for MTM orders can be sent via upload function, email, or post. Details on where to send will be provided upon check-out.
