Role Description

Position: Territory Manager – Southern England

Location: South England

Are you on the lookout for a dynamic and rapidly growing company where your input matters? Join the forefront of compression therapy and wound care innovation as a Territory Manager in South England. We are seeking a Sales Professional who is passionate about leading industry change. Due to strong sales growth and expansion of our product range Daylong Direct have an opportunity to join our sales team in the South of the UK as a regional sales representative.

In this exciting role, you’ll drive product and service adoption within local NHS ICS/ICB by supporting our Daylong Direct partners with our prescription home delivery service. You’ll also ramp up engagement and adoption for our unique product ranges in the community and hospital settings. This is a full-time or flexible working remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a territory sales plan and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. The role will also involve conducting product training sessions for customers and partnering with the customer service department to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support, information, and education on Daylong Direct products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate across primary and secondary care to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated focus, commitment, and self-motivation with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Strong organizational, planning skills, and proficiency in IT.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (but not essential):

  • Previous experience selling into the NHS and collaborating with clinical teams in wound care and compression.
  • Familiarity with engaging key opinion leaders in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Completive salary and package based on experience.
